This website is involved in bait marketing. First they put their products on extra ordinary sale prices to attract customers, when people buy, there orders are successful and invoices are issued. However later, you are advised by an email that your order cannot be processed because of some unforeseen circumstances and you are offered a gift voucher.
There main purpose is to attract customers and make them buy for the product that either is very limited or not even available at the some place. But they definitely get thousands of dollars to show as their revenues within minutes!!
While returning your money will definitely take some time or your would be encouraged to go for a shopping voucher instead.
PLEASE BE AWARE, OO.COM.AU IS INVOLVED IN BAIT MARKETING .
And there customer services is the worst and slowest in Australia at least. No matter how many emails you send, will not get more than one reply in 24 hrs, that if you r too lucky. And try to call them on their phone number (that's obviously a 1300!) and then wait for ages for your call to be taken off hold!!
A complaint with Australian Competition & Consumer Commission has already been logged against them. Please be aware of OO.com.au. If you had similar kind of experience with website, please do not stay quiet. Lodge a complaint against them in ACCC and also spread their dirty business tricks on online forums and through word of mouth so that fellow Australians can be protected from companies like these.
