No activation after payment

After continuing sending my complaint to incredimail it is ignored, i send proof of purchase that was paid for for Incredimail plus for, mu email eg: skins can not be activated etc. provided is my paypal record of my payment***** 26 Mar Payment To IncrediMail Ltd. Completed ... -$38.99 AUD It appears they just ignore my problem and will not activate PLUS. i copies and pasted the payment from my paypal account of paid purchases. email address [email protected]
