I had paid in full by credit card US$156.95 with invoice order ID #108633506 from the internet based jewellery site "Exact Replicas" for a watch on the 22 May. I had printed a receipt and waited for my item to arrive. On 12th April I sent an email asking where my watch was. I receiveda reply stating thatit was shipped from china and to wait around 15-20 business days for the item. 2 more email conversations occurred up to the 22th April. I was assured the watch was shipped and will be receiving the highest quality product soon. I waited patiently, and then sent another email on the 21st May with no reply. I then sent another email on the 4th June with no reply. I found that the web site was no longer active and then the email customer support was inactive also. I am very dissappointed with this company and have lost faith in most internet based stores from this experience. I would still like to have my watch, but I can see now that I was a victim of internet fraud. Is there anything I you can do in this situation?
