After becoming a rep. i received no follow up assistance or training, not even a sales area, just an abrupt msg from my team leader to say she wasn't available and would contact me to arrange a further app... Never happed. I wrote email after email about a no. of issues i had and always received an email in return stating that my team leader would be in-contact with me within the next 3 working days... once again NEVER happened. after one of my orders arrived over 6wks late i needed to return it and requested a drop off point, and got the same old response " your team leader will contact you with this information within the next 3 working days" after over 15 more emails and 3 months later i was Finally informed of a drop-off point and charged over $45 in late fees for the items i was returning. I tried to resolve this with Avon (who can i just add are absolutely pathetic when it comes to costumer and rep relations!!!) and without any response was referred to a debt collector and then my acc. was closed and i was denied making any more contact with Avon. This is completely wrong and i advise anyone to stay right away from this scamming company!!!
