Been charge. Have not received product

I completed an online request to purchase the above products. I then decided not to proceed with the purchase and did not press the COMPLETE YOUR ORDER button. I have, however been charged $40.42 for these products which I have not received. My Clickbank order number is JRKF4T8. I expect that my money will be refunded ASAP. I ahve contacted '[email protected] and they have not replied to any of my emails.
