I have given up on Chinavasion. They are just too difficult to work with. They are OK if everything goes fine but I have purchased three items and had problems with all three. I purchased a 7" tablet with a 12 month warranty and the power supply died after a couple of months... no replacement as power supplies only have 1 month warranty... why advertise 12 month warranty. Then I buy a leather case/keyboard that did not work. I tried again with an 8" tablet but it had a faulty screen and had to be sent back...$25 for postage and I have waited a month and got no information. Be nice to find a reliable Chinese supplier but it's not this one I am affraid. Easier to deal with someone in your own country and ultimately cheaper too.
