I went here for dinner last night and was sat outside, we were ignored/forgotten for 30 minutes. When our meal came to the table I ordered a glass of coke. It arrived to the table 1 hour after I ordered it and I had asked 2 different waitresses about it in the meantime.By this stage I had finished my meal and I thought it was extremely inappropriate to have my drink arrive as I was about the leave. So I contacted the manager of the restaurant and she told me I could have the coke for free. $5 off? Wow that sure showed me that my business there was respected and I was valued. I refused to pay the bill as I was unhappy with the service, but I was told I had to pay because I ate the meal. What was I supposed to do? Wait until my drink arrived then eat my cold meal? I ended up squeezing them for free drinks for the rest of the night and free desert. The coffee we ordered never arrived.. Overall I am disgusted at the way we were treated and the service they run there. Not to mention the potholes in the carpark! I will never dine here again!
