My partner went through the drive through this morning. Once ordering he pulled up to the pay window. They told him that there would be a wait on food as they had to make it fresh. When they bought it out, it was only the burger by itself they did not put it as a meal like he requested. They corrected the situation however when he opened up his food to eat it, the burger was dead cold and had ingredients missing off it. They also stated that they would make it fresh, now if that burger were fresh it would have been hot. On top of all that the service was slow and the service was rude. We are not happy at all. McDonald's Atherton need to pull here heads into gear. And its not the first time its happened with there order being wrong and rude service!!!.
