Customer Service- Call Centre

The Emirates Call Centre staff at Mumbai and Melbourne was very unhelpful and did'nt show patience or willingness to listen my problem. I needed to make some changes to the ticket booking for myself and my wife who was already travelling. The call also took a long to answer and some of the queries I had were not able to be answered and they had to keep me on hold for too long.

Each time I call a new staff would come where I need to explain my circumstance again and they would keep me for hold for long period of time. This went on for too long.

The tone of the language used in particular the supervisor staff at Melbourne (Carla) was very arrogant. The quality of staff answering the phone did't show the basic courtesy that one would expect. Really the Quality of service has gone down drastically and is now nowhere near where this airline was in terms of service few years ago.

Now's the service standards is just one you would expect ina budget airline carrier.

Will not recommend this airline anymore to anyone unless I experience a better standard of service, that only if at all I am going to travel this airline again.
