I am a frequent user of gumtree, and i love it, dont get me wrong. But! Im constently seeing ads about pets for sale (dogs and cats) that are now illegal.BY LAW you must display a microchip number on any ad that is selling a pet. If it is free to give away, no chip is needed. It IRRITATES me to see this. i work as an animal attendant, so its my business to know the rules and regs of animal ownership. I am forever reporting these ads, hoping they would disspear, but gumtree dont do anything.
i would be happy to take over gumtree pets category for a certain area, it would make me really happy to do that actually...
