Overcharged credit card / no delivery of goods

Entirely Pets charged my credit card $130. I believe it should have been $100. When attempting to log onto my account in order to track my delivery... a message keeps coming up saying incorrect email. I have tried writing to them several times but only form letter provided. This company has a very bad smell about them.
