Wouldn't add hotel dollars

I am a member of Hotel Club but forgot to put in my member number when making a 2 night booking. I rang straight away and spoke to Louisa who would not add my member number to the booking so therefore I did not get the member dollars that I rightfully earned. I have used your Hotel Club group before and have made bookings. Please contact me and let me know if I can add my member no. to the booking so I can earn the member dollars.
