On 30/12, I returned to Perth from Kuala Lumpur by air asia. The flight number I was travel with is D7233.All my luggage bags was in good condition when I checked in.
Upon arrival in Perth, when I claim my luggage bag, one of my luggage bag was damaged (see attached photo), I went to speak to one of the air asia staff and was told air asia won't cover for this which is sad to hear that. I need to claim the damaged via the my travel insurance compay whch is westac. Westpac insurance company need a report from air asia stated my luggage bad was damaged but I didn't ask for the name which I have complainted to, he is slim size, short and was with another ladies when I talked to him which is between 4.45-5.00pm.
I hope you can send me a letter stating the damage of my luggage bag to enable me to lodge the claim to westpac travel insurance.
Due to photo file size is too large, I am unable to attach the photo in this complain board, please provide me with the alternative e-mail so that I can attached my damaged luggage bag photo to you.
