19.2.13 purchased SS pedal bin $77.70 - received damaged due to inadequate packaging - bin in a plastic bag (not even bubble wrapped) placed in a light weight cardboard box. Contacted Soldsmart requested and emailed photos with advice damaged not due to shipping agent handling. Offered $26 refund - refused - told to return at my cost or accept a $30 refund - refused and returned. Then the endless trail of emails started - finally advised replacement sent. On arrival refused delivery as this one was also sent packaged the same way and received also damaged - this was so I avoided incurring more "return postage". Refund requested and followed up continually with no response. On 3.8.13 contacted Office of Fair Trading who after negotiating with Soldsmart requested they provide a full refund - since this advice Soldsmart have now refused to reply or acknowledge this request. I consider this Company the worst I have dealt with and feel totally ripped off.
