Wrong order delivered

I bought a bird cage from SoldSmart International on line and when it was delivered, it was a totally different style of cage and a different colour.
I paid $208 for the cage and when it arrived, it also came with a damaged plastic tray.
I email them 4 times before I got an answer and after following their intructions and taking photos of the cage and the damage, they said they would replace the plactic tray and thats it. They will not exchange the cage with the one I ordered and they will not give me a refund.
I have only got the run around from this company and now I have to sell this $208 cage at a loss because I cannot use it in my place.
I ordered the cage specifically for the STYLE AND COLOUR and I receive a product that is a totally different style and colour to the one I ordered off their webpage. The one on the webpage has 5 different views allowing you to see the style, but when delivered, it was totally different.
To me that is false advertising aswell and I would recommend to all my friends and family and to any poor sucker like me, to NEVER BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY called
SOLDSMART INTERNATIONAL.
