Sick siamese cat - asking questions

Around the last week of March I, made enquiries on the net regarding my very sick siamese kitten as as last resort to some questions that the vets here could not answer. Within 48 hours of making this enquiry the cat was put to sleep. I paid a fee to get the question I had asked, and ever since each month on my Westpac Mastercard I have had a fee of $58.00 AUD extracted from that account. I left this be as I thought that it would not be there the following month.
Last evening I spoke with Kerry from the Mastercard services who suggested that I contact this sight regarding the matter and have a stop put on it as I do not need this service any longer and would greatly appreciate a refund on the monies taken. The last Statement I received was 13/7 and this amount was deducted on 1/7.
