GEORGIA CHRISTIAN TOLANIGADI, aka VULAGI, the director of G7star Corporate Limousines recently gained rental access to my property at Arncliffe by providing false information on the lease, ending on 30th November. She was presented to me by my agent, RAY WHITE of Rockdale as a business woman with her own limousine service company who wanted to live in my house with her husband and one child.
Her husband bashed her two months into the tenancy and she took an AVO against him. To my horror, I found out that this was not a once off occurrence and that Georgia also has at least 2 kids and a huge extended family, most of them having lived in my newly renovated house without my knowledge and/or permission. Along with a cat that I did not allow to live there. My neighbours have since told me there was no end to a procession of people that went in and out of my house.
Without asking for permission, Georgia took it upon herself to stop paying me rent. As the agent wasn't proactive in following this up and I have a mortgage to pay, I went to my property to discuss this with Georgia because she previously invited me to come and/or call her anytime. She physically pushed me around and threatened to bash me! A teenage member of the family screamed obscenities at me. Fearing for my and my property's safety, I had no choice but to file assault charges against Georgia with the police who then assisted me in immediately removing her and her extended family from my house.
The family caused damage to the door to one bedroom, left my house dirty and my new and freshly steam cleaned carpet stained and smelling from the cat. Georgia removed some of my items from my house, without my permission. She also left some of her rubbish on premises and never took care of the garden. She tipped the cat litter amongst my plants and the garden also still reeks of the cat. Some of my plants died and the lawn is dry. Georgia refused the agent permission to release the bond. I had to chase it directly through the Department of Fair Trading as the agent seems to be working for this kind of tenant, yet collecting management fees from me. RAY WHITE of Rockdale is now refusing to list Georgia on the National Tenancy Database.
I would NOT recommend GEORGIA CHRISTIAN TOLANIGADI/VULAGI to any future landlord or real estate agent. Am taking RAY WHITE of Rockdale to the Consumer Tribunal to recover various financial losses I suffered because of this tenancy and obtain an order to have Georgia listed on the National Tenancy Database.
