DO NOT BUY FROM SOLDSMART OVER THE INTERNET!!
I bought a air hose reel from Soldsmart a few months ago and it never turned up, i have been emailing them for some time but nothing has ever been resolved, now they have closed the "investigation".
They say that they sent it so i must have it, no further discussion. If they have posted it, like they suggest, then it has been lost on the way.
Somehow, this has been made my responsibility.
They have even written in an email that once it was posted, it was my responsibility to make sure i received it!!
I have paid promtly for the item, i have paid insurance for the item and have nothing to show for it.
DO NOT buy from these people, they do not deliver on what they promise, and they DO NOT want to help people that have a problem.
