I think my order not processed

On 02/01 I bought a Nokia 920 phone from HN Blunder road store and ordered a wireless charging pad. Two weeks later I went to the store and talked to Mr Graeme F about my order. Meanwhile a salesman who had a Samsung phone came and made some jokes about how my purchase is bad and I should have bought Samsung phone and not Nokia 920. This product (charger) is sold in different places in Brisbane including 'Mobile made eazy' at the city centre. I have been your costomer since 1990 and I live 2-3 hundred metres from your Blunder Road store. If your sale persons can not do this please let me know. Thanks for your considerations. I could send a copy of my tax invoice if you wanted: Tax invoice number is 1254598.
