Im from Hong kong, on the last year, of OCT, we are teavel in Australia,
we buy so much souvenirs sydeny, and consign that company "Sino International Group" send my souvenirs to Hong kong for me, when i came back Hong kong, i check so much time but they only say "i wil check for u " didt explain all about my carton state,
still now,
i do not received my souvenirs, they say my carton is lost, compensate to me AUD 100 !!! and this is they company rule !! omg, my souvenirs have almust AUD 600 (the mail receipt show that), this is unreasonable.
i dont know australia laws, what can i do...
