I have previously made a complaint and I had a response but you never refunded the payment that was charged to my credit card. Because of your history of charging some people for more than one month I changed my credit card number to prevent that possibility! This has cost me considerable time and inconvenience and money I did not owe, I never had the response that I contacted you for.
