L ordered a wig which was the exact picture of the Zara wig by jon renau, they not only falsely advertise but they sent me the wrong colour, even after l made it clear to them what l was after over many emails, instead they sent me a large hideous canary blonde piece of junk! after disputing with them via emails and sending them several photos of colour charts and their wig side by side, they tried to tell me that the number 8 l ordered was the right colour... l am a qualified hairdresser, l know my colours, an 8 is not a 10 or a 12 its not canary almost white. They are yet to do a refund, even after sending it back at my postal expense, l also discovered it was impossible to send a message via the dispute page on my Tidebuy account, it would not let me send.. lm guessing Tidebuy blocked me so l don't get to write to them. l feel they manipulated the situation to avoid a refund..BEWARE SHOPPERS!!! l lost my money DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU... l can supply photos of proof if required
