On 21/9 I placed an order for 3 wigs from Tidebuy. I received a colour very different from what was described I tried unsuccessfully to contact them so eventually returned them to address on invoice because it says must be done within 7 days of receipt. These were registered I received notification they were received in China 15/10 they have since denied this.
I placed another order for 2 wigs different shade of blonde on 3/10 they took a long time to process this order eventually arrived while I was on vacation. But 2 wigs arrived Red/Brown colour... At one stage I received an email "my beautiful dress was at stock control" what dress? do they mean wig.. I should have panicked not only are they colour blind but now a wig is a dress! I have been trying to contact customer service 5 days now & completely no reply. I am $250au out of pocket with a company that must be a rip off...
