Had problems with voucher from ourdeal and cudo.
Cudo has a page saying customer guarantee or money back. I have contacted for weeks with no reply as I had a negative experience with a cudo provider.
With Our deal I gave a voucher to my sister for hair dressing as a gift.
She tried calling the salon foR 4 weeks and emailing. With no reply.
Understandably my sister did not want to use the voucher. I asked for a refund from our deal with no succes. Very Unhappy. I consider it stealing the way they are doing bussiness.
