My 8 year old son has been playing The Simpsons Tapped out on his iPod. He has spent around $150 of his Christmas and birthday money playing the game. This morning the game reset itself taking away all of the money he has spent on it. I am trying to contact someone who can help. I spoke with someone on livechat an all she could give me is a 1900 number that costs $2.48 per minute. I need an email address or reasonable phone number. It seems EA games is very happy to take money from children but hide so they can't be contacted when there are problems. I am very frustrated and disappointed!
