Scamming another payment after cancelling

I emailed acai blast 4 free on 6th June and agreed to the trial of acai blast paying only $5.95 for 14 day trial, I received the product 16 days later, on the 29th june I was charged $102.36. On the 1st July 25 days after requesting the trial bottle, I emailed acai blast and cancelled the agreement, as a new bottle is suppose to be sent every 30 days I had given the company 5 days notice. I received an email back on 3rd July saying sorry but a shipment has already been sent and they are unable to cancel but the subscription will be cancelled immediately and removal from the subscription will be effective from today. I emailed the company back advising that they have sent the order before the 30 days and that I should not be charged for this, I also wanted to know the exact date this was sent, I received an email back from acai blast apologising for the oversight at their end and offering me $20.00 off the product. The company emailed back advising that before I cancelled I had already been billed! I again asked exactly what date this has been sent, they emailed me with a sales speel about the trial period bla bla bla stating that any further items received can be returned unopened within 15 days (it takes me 16 days to receive it !!!) and then saying they will refund less postage and some 20% re-stocking fee (what re-stocking fee) nothing about re-stocking fee when you sign up. I have emailed again !!! wanting the exact date the product has been shipped and that I do not want to be charged for this as this was clearly their error. This is a SCAM !!! They get to agree to the trial, not taking into account the postage delay, so by the time you get the product your trial period is over, then when you cancel they say "oh sorry but due to an oversight we have sent another" so this means they charge you for a second because by the time you get the bottle you have also run out of time to send it back in the 15 days !!! so they get $200.00 out of you. I am so not happy about this. I hope people ready this and think twice about entering into this scam, these people need to be investigated and shut down.
