I have been working for 6 months at coles south Melbourne. i am having problem with my manager that his language is arrogant and rude. from the first day, he was trying to bullying on me because i came from India. he told me to finish some work even i clock out from the system. he change my availability without mentioning me. after, he force me to start at 6:00 am in morning. i dined because i had a class in morning. so, he cut down my shift like 4 hours per week. i don't want to contact store manager because i know he is also going to support him not me. my other workmates knows that this is wrong happening but can't do anything. the guy who is bullying on me, he kicked off from other store and he came to the store where i work. the worse thing is that, he hired me and took my interview. i dont know whom i can complain about this situation.
