Payment details given in order to be able to continue process to download files of e-book. This was on a 'trial' period only.
Software on friend's computer I was using wouldn't allow download to take place, so I emailed the company to cancel my registration and therefore authorisation for payment and received a reply to say it had already been processed.
If I attempt the download again on another computer, I have to go through the same registration process again and payment details need to be given, so that's a double take by them!
I have not received the product I apparently paid for!
