BOOK ORDERED, CREDIT CARD DEDUCTED - DOUBLE DEDUCTION & BOOKS NOT RECEIVED AND NO REPLY TO EMAILS

I ordered 2 books from NetStoreUSA.com on the 21 Apr the amount was deducted from OPEN MEDIA PTY LTD RUSHCUTTERS BAY in 2 full deduction - one on 23 Apr the second on 12 Jun. Email to both parties numbrious times - Open Media and NetStoreUSA (OpenGroup). THIS IS RIP OFF !!!
