Internet service (BigPond Wireless G) not cut off when requested (Aug '08). They have continue to bill us for services in December. I have spent many hours on the phone (at my cost) explaining the situation i.e. that we have a new internet service with their company and receiving bills aswell for that service. I was informed in November that our new account would be credited with 170 dollars due to money paid, however this has not occurred instead the bill continues to add up currently at $239.31.
