I have a big surprise this month on mi VISA card account, i am being charge for 19.99 79.99 19.99 1.97 usd$ for a big rip off from DATES NOW PTY LTD. One have use the Paris Hilton for free email to get me curius and ask for credit card# to verify my legal age, offering a 3 days free trial period, and find out that it wasn't worth it.
Next day i receive an email stating that the free trial is over and that i am being charge for that adult site. I immidiately cancel with that customer support link and sent a confirmation that it would stop charging me at the next billing session.
BIG LIE
Sure enough, the charges are there and occuring month after month.
I have try to get in contact with them with no success yet by phone and email.
Either PZEST OR DATES NOW PTY LTD dont return call and email.
SOLUTION:
So i have contacted my VISA CARD BANK and explained what is happening. The operator tell me that she will make a stop payment procedure on that DATES NOW PTY LTD and possibly a refund should be, so that they will have to come forward and get in contact with me asking why i don't pay no more, that way i can settle this thing once and for all, that is, if they have the courage to step forward, maybe there is finaly hope.
