I have have had very negative experiences with Valued Opinions. Reward vouchers claimed in November have not arrived and when questioning this in late January I am finally told that the replacement was sent in early February. When I did not receive a replacement by early March I enquired again and was then told the voucher was ordred but not sent in February.
I am then told in early April that the voucher had been posted on 2/4 but as of 14/4 nothing has been received and there are now no replies to emails, facebook messages etc.
In addition, when answering survey questions there is a greater than average (compared to the other 5 on line survey companies I use) chance that you will be screened out of a survey but after answering several questions and at times almost at the end of a survey.
I would suggest avoiding any contact with this company.
