I went on the Just Answer lawyers website in July after a charge of $36.00 billed to my credit card i received a satisfactory answer to my question, however they continued to debit $36.00 each month there after, something they had no authority to do and I had asked no further questions of them. I am trying to get a refund from them but really don't think I will have much luck they are internet rip off merchants... Oh but their offices in San Francisco look amazing from what I could see on their web site internet fraud has paid off well for them.
