Goods sold to another customer and delevery at 9 pm

We bought furniture at the above store on the 13/05. The goods has still not been delivered as I speak.
1. Our dinning table was sold to another customer-got a appology but as asked to wait until the end of june-ended up cancelling the order
2. I have been waiting all day to receive the delevery of the rest of the order-was told by a lady inthe warehouse that "the delevery man will back after the first delevery by 10 am and it takes appox 1 hour to load and they will give us call and we are looking at midday delevery." we got a call saying that its going to be around 3-6pm.the again we get a call saying that it will be between 6-9 pm. we have wasted all our day witing for this delevery. Not only that we are tonight without a lounge to sit on in our tv roon and our formal room.
3. I called the store to lodge my complaint and a so called assistant manager by the name of Thomas said "so what do you want me to do"? There was no appolgy in first place and secondly he needs to be sent on a customer service traning.
I will never ever recommend anyone to deal with HN if such was your company values.
