I purchased a Rowenta A/Force H/Stick-Pearl Batch: 71205520, invoice number 350923 on 19/04, there was promotion at the time of the sale & this was for a free Jamie Oliver Tefal frypan, but there was no promotional pamphlets available. The assitant named Sharell said she would organise for this to be sent to me & all my postal details where given to her. There was also a representative from Rowenta present on the day. It is now the 23.05.12 & I haven't recivied anything. Regards Debra Rooks
