He will go around several business obtaining goods and then when he runs out of companies goes back to the first one and pays the account only if they agree to do more work for him.
Once he has the goods from you, and it come time to pay, you cant get hold of him or his accounts lady. You can leave as many messages as you like, but none will be returned and DELIBERATLY ignored. He is currently in court oweing hundreds of thousands of dollars and finding excuses why not to pay.
His credit rating has a severe default rating and must be avoided like the plague. You can confirm this yourself. Dont get fooled when throw around large orders to get your attention like all your christmas have come at once.
