Unhappy about my ford ranger purchased at Barbagallo Opel. The dealer delivery, registration and stamp duty was included in the first contract signed with Barbagallo Opel. There was a roof-rack fitted to the ute and was supposed to be removed at the day of delivery, when I removed it myself at home I found that there was 2 dents on the roof. At home I saw that a origination fee of $700 was paid to Barbagallo Opel with out consulting or even mentioned to me before. I am very unhappy about the service received by Barbagallo Opel. The following was also not done, wheel alignment, no spare key or transmitter and damaged load bin fasteners
