The public face of Exact Watches, Nancy Meyers and the rest of the theiving bastards should not be allowed to advertise their faulty products online. I bought a watch back in Feb for my wife. I partially blame myself for believing that it would be a quality product. the crown broke off, Nancy requested the order number and Photos of the damaged watch they were all sent and nothing has been forthcoming. No Warranty, No replacement, No refund, but most of all the cowardly bastards have not even got the intestinal fortitude to respond. (no guts or balls).
