Over charging

I believe Facebook is over charging on their premium items. Today being 21/5, went to PayPal currency converter after i made a purchase in Farm Town for $9.99 US and was charged $10.30. Now from their currency converter showed i should of been charged $9.54. Can you please investigate this. I have purchased a few items for the game and noticed a bit of a difference to what should be paid.
