Poor service unable to access facebook

I have been unable to access facebook for 3 days despite numerous phone calls & complaints! my daughter is also unable to access facebook. i am sick of ringing & recieving no help. if this problem is not resolved immediately my daughter & i will be changing to a different provider. the service we have recieved is definately not good enough as i dont intend to pay for something i am unable to use!
