Bought a deal online with them.. Needless to say after purchasing the coupon for $99 they were impossible to get a hold of. E-mails/phone calls all went unanswered. I am appalled they are still able to conduct business this way in this day and age. Thank the lord I was able to get a refund through my bank in the end.
I just hope the other 35 people were bought this coupon online were not subject to the same shocking service.
