Do not deal with this company. They are criminals that enjoy taking your money and delivering nothing. I ordered two watches from them on the internet and received no reply for three days. I then decided to cancel my order and then suddenly, I hear that they have charged my card. This is after four emails stating that I did not want the goods and cancelled my order. They issued me with a fake tracking number and then with someone else’s tracking number. They still sent me the goods which by the way looked nothing like the pictures and were of such poor quality that one broke the first time I tried to put it on. They advertise pictures of the real watches but send watches that look nothing like a replica. The Omega I was sent was supposed to be a chronograph but guess what, no stopwatch.
Nerissa, Watchpurchses contact, was continually saying they will send new ones when I kept saying NO, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Then suddenly the emails stopped and had to get the Bank to reverse the Credit Card Transaction after sending the goods back to them. They are still trying to have my credit card charged back by their bank even after the goods were returned. They have numerous office addresses and email addresses. They cannot be trusted and I only hope that some like me catches up with them in China. If they were operating like this in my country, the Law would be the least of their worries!
