I ordered a Gucci handbag through Potent Fashion. They never sent a confirmation email and never replied to my emails, as their website says they will do within 24-48hrs. I did get the handbag, I then called to organise a refund. They did actually refund my money. However 10 days later they debited my account AGAIN, without my authority. I rang again and they advised they would refund straight away... this did not happen. I tried to call again but by now they have disconnected their phone line and they still are not answering their emails.
I will never use this website/company ever again and I advise everyone not to use them. They are FRAUDS.
