Very rude manage

We have just welcomed our new stand in manager called Leanne. At present this lady has made most of us here at our usually happy environment at Coles a nightmare! I am along with others am ready to quit our jobs it is so uncomfortable to work with her. The customers have also noticed what a rude lady she is and will be taking their money elsewhere. I need counseling lately so I can cope with the stress this lady has put upon all of us here. Everything is so negative from her, no praise? Just bags you out in front of customers!!! Do something please!!!
