Three bridesmaids purchased dresses from fashionlande.com in May. Here we are now in August with the wedding in 4 weeks and all three requiring alterations to our dresses. The lack of resolution from this company is appalling. We provided measurements for custom orders as this is the "preferred" method of order. All of the dresses arrived dramatically different from measurements we provided. We followed the complaints procedure to the letter providing photos with visible measurements. Fashionlande.com has delayed things so badly that we cannot wait for replacement orders, which would likely be wrong anyway. Our dresses are hideous and the cost of local alterations is more than the dresses cost. The materials were not even consistent with 2 out of three dresses having satin lace ups and a third having chiffon. Another variation was the off centre bow at the front was centred in one of the dresses (not the one with chiffon lace up). One of the dresses was ordered for a lady with an A cup bust and arrived with a bust designed for a FF bust. This dress requires a complete overhaul. This is so stressful and disappointing for all of us. Save yourself the bother!
