My fiance ordered a bridal gown, 4 bridesmaid dresses and a mother of the bride dress from this awful company. The bridal gown was too short, had tacky sequins, when the dress was requested to be plain, had no lace when lace was requested, but instead had a poorly embroidered piece of white linen attached to the front. The bridesmaid dresses were in the wrong colour, and were not fitted to correct specifications. The mother of the bride dress was not included in the order. When trying to gain a refund, we were told to submit photos of our complaints, which we did. One of the company directors ("Stella") told us that (despite our photographic proof) our complaints were unfounded. Another email was sent outlining our complaints and that we would seek further assistance in gaining a refund. We received an email saying that the director was on holidays, and another correspondent ("Roland") what the problem was, and that if we could send photos of the dresses, they would check with the production staff. We resent the original email. The response was similar to what had been received in the past, with the added comment that since it had been over 7 days since we received the dresses we could not get a refund.
