BAD SERVICE/POOR WORKMANSHIP

We have had Harvey Norman install a ducted A/C system two weeks ago, on installation the installer advised the baffles broke and they will need to be replaced, hence system will only part work, he advised he will be back the next day, two weeks later and approx 50 phone call slater still nothing, they make appointments and don't turn up they don't care.
This afternoon the final straw, have now gone on christmas break and no nothing, not fixed, they have nice christmas and my family is left with no air, what a joke
Please Please no not use Harvey Norman for anything major.
