I’m not happy with their billing, service charges and some of their services which they provided. It took them nearly hour to attempt to take a three seater sofa out from the door; which they wedged and damage it, which they charged us $10 to wrapped them.
Firstly, we were NEVER clearly informed at any point that there were extra charges for wrapping up furniture, taping and bubble wrap. There was also no price quoted for the cost of each of these items used. We also believe they billed us for extra services which we did not use.
They have charged for40 METRES of bubble wrap on 50Inch TV!!! TV was approximately 1.5m in width, and they wrapped it around 3 times (which is 9m) and for one piece of glass which is similar width and was only wrapped with one layer all together they charge for 40 Meters at $3/m, $120!!?
