Ordered flowers online for Valentines Day which did not get delivered. Needless to say a very disappointed partner.
The following day tried multiple calls, emails and tried to use their live chat function online to contact them but did not get through once. A couple of days later a phone call went through (to someone with a Canadian/US accent) who apologised and assured me my order was being refunded and would send through a confirmation email. Over 10 days later and neither the refund or confirmation email and can't get through again. Worst customer service ever.
I FEEL I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!! SO VERY DODGY!!!
Next stop ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission), the Australian regulator.
