I went to Cotton On (24 February) with my young sister, we went to the change room to try on a couple of shirts. The lady handing out the numbers was extremely unfriendly and I instantly noticed she had a bad attitude as she was rude to my little sister for not knowing that she had to take a number.
As my sister is small we went into the same change room together, the lady began shouting at us that we weren't allowed to do this. When I told her that I wasn't going to let my sister go into a cubicle on her own because she was too young, she called her friend over and her friend began repeatedly trying to yank open the door while I was changing. I felt extremely harassed and my sister went out and entered her own cubicle, despite my protests.
As I was changing I could hear them loudly talking about me and making rude comments.
I complained to the manager on duty and pointed the change room assistant out to him, he said he would "deal" with her, however, I don't know if he actually did. I was shocked at their atrocious behaviour and the fact that Cotton On employs such rude people who harrass their customers in this way.
